Roundness Inspection Device
This inspection device is one of our sophisticated inspection systems for a total quality control of our rollers. Its functions include inspecting the base materials used in final product, measuring various circular or cylindrical features and so on, and hence, produce a stabilized product and make necessary improvements.
Roughness Tester
Roughness Tester is a surface roughness measurements. We bring in powerful Roughness Tester with quick, high accuracy, international Ra or Rz standard surface measurement. It measure the hills and valleys of the surface undulation and surface's suitability for its function.
Grinding/Finishing
With the adoption of grinding and finishing machines, we can produce very fine finishes and accurate dimensions of the rollers as according to your specific requirements. In other word, your rollers are precision ground within the exact limits for diameter concentricity and straightness.
Repair & New Core Fabrication

CNC - Grinding / Grooving Machine
With specialized digital-controlled software, this CNC machine can make many types of roller profiles.
For instance, parabolic crowning and concave, cosine crowning and concave, circular, cone, coarse pitch, herringbone, diamond, straight groove, horizontal groove and others.
