Verstaerker Rolle (M) Sdn Bhd has established since 1989. From humble beginnings, we are proud to have progressed into one of the leading suppliers of rubber rollers in Malaysia. Production of rubber rollers has increased many folds since, in line with our growth and expansion. Currently Verstaerker Rolle (M) Sdn Bhd has a workforce of about 100 personnel. Today, we have 2 subsidiaries - Print-Roller Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd and Polythane Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd that focus on different production to meet the vast and growing market demand.
Our main activity is the manufacture of natural and synthetic Rubber Rollers for use in various industries. A great part of our sales effort is concentrated in the paper printing industries, as this industry uses a great quantity of rollers, particularly the Inking Rollers, Offset Rollers and Rubber Rollers for Film & Packaging Industry that must be of high precision and standards. Our knowledge and understanding of various polymers has also led us to diversify into the production of moulded rubber parts to fulfill the different needs and applications required by many industries. At present, we are able to offer parts made from a range of materials such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, nitrile PVC, neoprene rubber, hypalon rubber, EDPM, silicone, varnish rollers, sponge rollers and polyurethane.
Polyurethane has outstanding properties which have led to increased usage by all industries. Due to this, the production of castable polyurethane products was started 5 years ago through our subsidiary company, Polythane Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd.
Our sales have been increasing steadily throughout the years as a result of the hard work, cooperation, and unselfish effort of the entire company staff. Our staff have years of experience in the rubber industry, and we take pride in our jobs. Trained with an eye for accuracy, we strive hard to maintain the highest quality. Driven by commitment, we make continuous effort to improve and perfect printing technology.
New manufacturing techniques are always being researched, and we are very responsive to industry changes. We invest in the latest technology to deliver the best Inking Rollers, Rubber Rollers, Offset Rollers, EPDM Rollers, NBR Rollers, Sponge Rollers, Varnish Rollers and so forth, to our customers.
